Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Due to on-going business expansion, QUALSURV International Ltd are currently looking for a self-motivated professional Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our established team to cover a wide range of contracts within the South & East of England.

We require a trustworthy, professional, conscientious, diligent and determined candidate, able to display outstanding building/product/legislative knowledge. To be experienced in electronic survey and air monitoring data capture and reporting. Will need to have a flexible approach to working hours (as business needs dictate), a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and able work both unsupervised and as part of a small team. Location(s)

The role will be supervised from our Warwick office. However, it is anticipated that the role will be based in a location in the SE.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Surveying & air monitoring activities to a very high standard;
• Detailed Management Surveys;
• Detailed Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys;
• Background, personal, reassurance monitoring;
• 4stage clearances;
• Liaison with asbestos removal and other contractors on site;
• Adherence to all relevant Health and Safety legislation and guidance;
• Other Duties and responsibilities as required;

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Extensive experience as an asbestos surveyor and analyst.
  • P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent).
  • Current CSCS holder.
  • DBS checked
  • Current face fit certificate (full & half).

• Up to date medical certificate.

• Preferred:
  • Science Graduate with P401, S301, CCP and/or CoCA.
  • Confined space trained.

Salary
