Group Chairman and CEO
David is a chartered civil engineering surveyor with more than 45 years’ experience providing commercial and contractual services at development, planning, procurement and construction level, both in the UK and internationally.
David has a proven track record of resolving major construction problems and disputes. His experience covers a diverse cross-section of projects, including offshore windfarms, marine construction, roads and tunnelling, mining and general construction.

MARTIN BARKER
Managing Director - Marine Consulting
Martin is a dual-qualified mechanical engineer and maritime lawyer. He has over 35 years’ experience in sectors such as offshore windfarms, marine construction, salvage, oil and gas. manufacturing, piling and general construction.
Martin’s specialisms include contract drafting & negotiation, contract management, mediation, adjudication, arbitration & litigation, delay and disruption, dispute avoidance & resolution and final account settlement.

STEPHEN MARTIN
Managing Director - International
With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry across the UAE, Central & Eastern Europe, and the UK, Stephen has successfully delivered major projects in the commercial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
Recognised for a collaborative and client-focused approach, he works closely with stakeholders to achieve exceptional results. Leading a team of highly qualified professionals, Stephen ensures complex projects are completed to the highest standards, from concept through to handover.

CHRIS EARL
Managing Director – Environmental
With over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Chris has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial and general management. His experience spans mainstream construction and specialist contracting activities including a comprehensive involvement in rail and asbestos sectors.
Chris services a large national client portfolio across various business sectors. He leads specialist asbestos teams to manage framework contracts, project management and bespoke requirements.

CARL O'DONNELL
Associate Director
Carl is a construction lawyer with expertise in contract and claims management. He holds a Master of Laws degree and has extensive early background in quantity surveying and has accumulated over four decades of experience in the construction industry, both on and offshore.
His expertise encompasses a wide range of sectors, including, power generation, airports, military airfields, marine construction, general construction, and civil engineering projects. Carl is knowledgeable in all standard forms of contract including FIDIC, JCT, GC Works, NEC 3, AIA, and ABT, and is experienced at working with bespoke forms of contract.

CHARLES BLINCOW
Associate Director
Charles is a former Reginal Chairman of the RICS with over 35 years in the construction industry and has gained experience in large scale commercial developments including airport facilities and civil construction and infrastructure, with project values in the billions.
Charles is an expert in preparation and analysis of extension of time and quantum claims. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, contract administration, contract management, and all core QS duties.

KEVIN SLADE
Senior Consultant
Kevin is a Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience in commercial and contract management.
He specialises in managing the full claims process, from contractual notices to final settlements and has extensive expertise in dispute resolution, including arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and litigation.
Kevin applies a unique perspective to delivering successful outcomes for businesses, projects, and claims.

IOANNA GENIKOMSIDOU
Senior Consultant
Ioanna is a proficient and experienced project manager and planning engineer. She has acted as project manager in various offshore windfarm projects and is responsible for the direct communication with authorities and potential suppliers.
She also has experience in presenting project details, coordinating and delegation, planning and the review and approval of project invoices, as well as substantiation of variation claims.

Tammy is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 20 years international experience working on major projects in the United Kingdom and overseas.
She is experienced in working with main contractors and consultants on a diverse range of projects including marine construction, oil and gas, renewable energy and civil building construction.

PAUL BRADY
Senior Consultant
Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry, delivering major international projects since 2014.
Specialising in contract and commercial management, he has extensive expertise in preparing and evaluating claims for extensions of time and additional payment, as well as in dispute resolution.
Sector expertise spans major infrastructure (land and marine), power generation, nuclear, oil and gas, and commercial and educational buildings.

IAN MACKRELL
Consultant Delay Analyst
Ian has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and claims industry. He has provided expert delay opinion in Alternative Dispute Resolution forums and within litigation proceedings.
Ian’s area of expertise includes independent expert opinion on time related issues, delay analysis for claims and defence, planning, critical path method (CPM) scheduling and contract administration.
