We help to ensure that your contract Terms and Conditions are properly drafted and negotiated to suit your particular project. We then ensure that your project is delivered in accordance with the Contract, and ensuring that any delays, variations or other unforeseen circumstances are fully substantiated with contemporaneous records so that disputes do not arise.

We have particular expertise in Construction Act Adjudication and Payment Notice Disputes, having advised the government in relation to the 2009 changes to the Construction Act and having represented clients as both Referring Party and Responding Party in dozens of UK Construction Act and international FIDIC adjudications.
