QUALSURV provides bespoke Energy Performance Assessments to provide Energy Performance Certificates. Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) are legally required when a property is built, sold or rented. There is a further legal requirement for all rented properties to meet the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) providing a restriction on the granting and continuation of existing tenancies if the EPC is below an E rating.
QUALSURV undertake all assessments and calculations by fully qualified and trained staff. All surveyors are accredited to Elmhurst Energy and are subject to internal and external audits.
